Camden Lock

20-42 hrs: Camden Lock, London.

A very enjoyable time walking round the market here today. Good to see Camden market so popular - even if it means pushing our way through crowds of people. I am now back home in the quiet of Woodbridge - but glad to have felt the vibes of the big city.

Hello again!

A friend of mine used to have a narrow boat moored round the corner from Camden Lock by the Zoo (just by the strange floating Chinese restaurant) Spent many a time pootling about, going through the lock and towards Islington, where I lived for many years. There is a fantastic tunnel that goes from Kings Cross up to Angel. My eldest son took this trip when he was two weekes old! He was useless fending off and mooring, mind...

Hi Lorna
Frances likes Camden market but am baffled who buys some of the odder stuff. Must be an age thing!
