You can deduce that I have been out and about - with Aidan on Monday and Tuesday - via various tea shops and nice places. But I continue to feel drained and not really very well.

Scammell dash went ahead in light airs,, 9 boats, won by jeremy whiting-single handed enterprise. We ran the race, neal on the water, me and the kids finishing boats off the pier between for poles and a buoy, andwithout hooter we cheered loudly instead, much to the amusement of passing sealers! Xxxx
